Purpose of Processing
When you visit our website, various server statistics are automatically stored that your browser sends to the server of our provider: Among other things, the IP address of your device, date and time of access, name and URL of accessed files, website from which the access takes place or from which you were directed to our website (referrer URL), browser used and the operating system of your devices.
We process the data mentioned above for the purpose of smooth connection establishment and system security. A consolidation of these data with other data sources is not carried out. The resulting connection data is automatically deleted after 30 days. If the website is misused, log data, whose further storage is required for evidentiary purposes, will be kept until the incident has been clarified.
The legal basis is Art. 6 l (f) DSGVO (GDPR). Our legitimate interest arises from the fact that we want to ensure a secure operation of the website and to detect possible attacks.
In addition to the data mentioned above, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard drive in accordance with the browser you are using and through which certain information is transmitted to the site that sets the cookie (in this case, by us). Cookies cannot execute programs or transfer viruses to your computer. They are used to make the Internet offer as a whole more user-friendly and effective.
a) This website uses the following types of cookies, the scope and function of which are explained below:
b) Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close the browser. This includes in particular the session cookies. These store a so-called session ID with which various requests from your browser can be assigned to the shared session. This allows your computer to be recognized when you return to our website. The session cookies are deleted when you log out or close the browser.
c) Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a specified period of time that may vary depending on the cookie. You can delete the cookies in the security settings of your browser at any time.
d) You can configure your browser settings to your liking and, for example, refuse to accept third-party cookies or all cookies. Please note that you may not be able to use all the features of this website.
e) We use cookies to identify you for subsequent visits if you have an account with us. Otherwise you would have to log in again for each visit.
Matomo
On our website we use the analysis tool Matomo. This is an open source software with which we can analyze the use of our website. Your IP address, the website(s) of our Internet presence that you visit, the website from which you have switched to our Internet presence (referrer URL), the length of your stay on our Internet presence as well as the frequency with which one of our websites is called up are processed. To collect this data Matomo stores a cookie on your end device via your internet browser.
The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 (f) DSGVO (GDPR). Our legitimate interest lies in the analysis and optimization of our Internet presence. However, we use Matomo with the anonymization function "Automatically Anonymize Visitor IPs". This anonymization function shortens your IP address by two bytes so that an assignment to you or to the Internet connection you are using is impossible.
If you no longer agree with this processing after consent via the content tool used by us, you have the option of deleting the cookie set by your internet browser settings and thus also prevent Matomo from tracking your usage behaviour.
We reserve the right to adapt the content of this data protection notice at any time. This is usually done in case of further development or adaptation of the services used.
